In 140 Days..."
Just a recap, started your short Sale class in mid August...
(Had to take most of September off due to surgery)
To date I have closed 9 short sales using the tools I learned at Harris University totaling a Net commission just over $53,000.
In December I had 4 closings, one on New Years eve day.
Currently have 3 pending which will Net $23,000+ in January
Working on 2 deals this week totaling about $9,000 also to close in January.
So lets see that's $85,000+ in pocket in 140 days with about 21 days off.

I am often asked how to get started in short sales. I tell every agent not matter the experience level, short sales are not for everyone they are hard hard work they take lots of focus and commitment, and secondly you have to have a training and stay up to date.
So if your still wanting to do short sales, go to Harris Real Estate University and get the tools and training to make the job more successful.
It really is not about the money but about the opportunity to be of service to those who most need a trained true professional Realtor possible.
